Crayfish are always exciting to find! Depending on the species, they have many different lifestyles including some that live under rocks in streams and rivers to some that live in wet fields where they construct homes that look like mini mud chimneys! While you may have seen crayfish on the menu at some restaurants, they are also a food source for a large diversity of other animals in the wild.
