The World of Trees collection has representative woody plants from 67 different plant families. You can stroll through the collection on the World of Trees trail and find each plant's name and its family name on a black metal label at the base of the plant. These labels contain additional information and can be used to help orient yourself within the collection. The following lists will help you find plants by their common family name, Latin family name or common plant name. The numbers refer to their positions on the map. Note that some unrelated trees (such as maples, spruces and pines) may be found in a family area to provide shelter or a landscape accent.
